The immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has met his bail conditions and has been released by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
In a message by his Media aide, Lere Olayinka, he said his boss has met the bail conditions and has just been released by 4:30PM.
“Fayose just regained his freedom. He left the Federal High Court, Ikoyi a few minutes ago”.
According to his tweet, Fayose will be appearing in court on November 19th, 2018 for the continuation of his trial by the EFCC

Fayose is standing trial over an 11-count charge bordering on money laundering, abuse of public office, criminal breach of trust and stealing, up to the tune of N6.9bn preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC was granted bail of N50 million with two sureties who must issue a N50 million bond in a reputable bank as well as possess three years tax clearance.
