A Federal High Court (FHC) sitting in Asaba on Thursday, April 4, has nullified the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s governorship primary election conducted in Delta state.

The plaintiff Hon Victor Ochei, through his lawyer Ahmed Rahi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), asked the court to declare that the APC’s gubernatorial primary election that held on Sunday, September 30, 2018, was illegal and unlawful on the ground that delegates unknown to the law were used for the exercise in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1085/2018, Vanguard reports.

Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of the FHC gave the ruling today, Thursday, April 4.
