Just when Nigerians thought that the number of new cases of the pandemic is beginning to come down following the lesser number of cases recorded on the 28th of May, the number of cases have increased by 387.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC reports that the three hundred and eighty seven (387) new cases of COVID-19 were reported as follows;

Jigawa-24
Edo-22
Oyo-15

Rivers-14
Kaduna-11
Borno-6
Kano-3
Plateau-2
Yobe-2

Gombe-2
Bauchi-2
Ondo-1

The total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria now stands at nine thousand three hundred and two (9302), 2697 has been discharged and the number of deaths increased to 261.
