Popular Enugu businessman and entrepreneur, Chief Chinedu Eya has given out land properties valued at 18 million naira to his his aides, to mark 42nd birthday.

Eya who turned 42 on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023 said there was no other way he thought he could put smile on the faces of his young followers other than making them landowners in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.

Chief Chinedu Eya who is the Chief Executive Officer of my Eya Homes with other interconnecting Estates along airport road in Abuja, shared videos and photos of the pricey gifts which included; Semi detached land for Duplexes, given to Nnamdi Odo and Okwudili Kingsley Okwudili respectively; plots of land for bungalow, given to mercy chinelo Maduagwu and Ugwu Blessing Amarachi respectively.

Other beneficiaries of the humanitarian gesture include Ex-Media Assistant to the businessman, Solomon Gwiyi and Samuel Ugochukwu Ugwu (Samankwe), a Long standing Personal Assistant to chief Eya who were given lands for bungalows each.

“This is my small way of giving back to the society,” Eya said.

JOURNALIST101 reports that Eya Homes, which is currently selling at affordable rates for different sizes and plots, is currently one of the most sought after properties in the FCT.
