The Supreme Court has dismissed the suit by a senior lawyer, Friday Nwosu seeking to disqualify Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State.
In a lead judgment delivered by Justice Sidi Dauda Bage, upheld the verdict of the Court of Appeal, which dismissed the appeal challenging Ikpeazu’s qualification.
Nwosu is contending that Ikpeazu made false information in his form to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
