Who actually disqualified Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah?
According to documents obtained by AIF Media forum, it shows that Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, the Anambra south senatorial aspirant on the platform of APGA was not disqualified by the Screening Committee of APGA.
The documents obtained show that Dr Ubah was cleared along side other senatorial aspirants from Anambra south senatorial zone.
According to the screening committee report obtained by AIF Media, the committee CLEARED Ubah for the party’s primaries but the reason Obiano instructed Oye to put up another noticed disqualifying him is still unclear.
A quick perusal from the documents AIF Media obtained shows that Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah applied for waiver from the party. In a letter dated September 17, 2017 Dr Ubah applied for waiver in a letter addressed to the National Working Committee and received by a staff on the Office of the National chairman at Abuja Office Abuja.
The letter for waiver was acknowledged by one Nwabueze Ugonna a staff of the party Secretariat.
With these evidences, how can APGA justify the injustice done to Dr Ifeanyi Ubah?
Will the God of justice not visit APGA and their leaders except those who openly and or truthfully rejected this subversion of justice.
Victor Oye on the order of gov Obiano unilaterally disqualified Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah without recourse to the NWC against the report of the Party’s Screening Committee.
APGA constitution states that it is only the NEC of the party that can convene to reject where necessary the report of the Screening Committee. It is on record that APGA NEC never sat before Oye and Obiano committed an aberration against the party it swore to protect.
