A group known as ABIA ACTION YOUTHS FOR PROGRESS (AAYP) today 21st of Oct 2018 issued a Press Release through their PRO, Hon Emeka Omenihu, congratulating the 3 APC senatorial candidates of Abia state.
Chief Dr Orji Uzor Kalu (Abia North)
Sen Nkechi Nwaogu (Abia Central)
Sir Marc Wabara (Abia South).
The group in their press statement hailed the leaders for their victories in the just concluded party primaries and urged them to work harder ahead of the upcoming general elections to ensure that they emerge as senators representing their various constituencies in the 2019 general elections.
The group also called on other contestants that weren’t successful in the just concluded party primaries to come together and support the candidates to achieve victory, for victory for one , is victory for all.
The group also congratulated APC house of representative candidates, some of whom are;
Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu (Aba North and South)
Barrister Ben kalu (Bende Federal Consistuency)
Nnamdi Iro ( Ohafia/ Arochukwu)
Hon Nkieru Onyejiocha (Isuikwato/Umunneochi)
and others urging them to work together, to ensure APC takes over power in Abia State come 2019.
Finally, the group enjoined the APC families, especially the APC governorship candidate Dr Sampson Uchechukwu Ogah and other candidates, to ensure that the masses vote for President Muhammadu Buhari and the party massively in the state, so that positive change and dividends of democracy will come to Abia State in 2019.
