The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has finally issued former Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, a Certification of Return as senator-elect for Imo West senatorial district.
Okorocha was declared winner of the Imo West Senatorial District but was not issued certificate of return by INEC.
However, a federal high court in Abuja on Friday ordered that Okorocha be given his certificate of return which INEC agreed to comply with.
