Barely one month after their inauguration, Nigeria’s House of Representatives is already ‘on fire’ over the election of principal officers by the minority party, the PDP.
Wednesday’s plenary was disrupted by protesting members, when Speaker Gbajabiamila made moves to announce the principal officers of the house.
This made the the speaker to announce the closure of the proceeding in the house to avoid further breakdown of law.
