ENUGU— The Enugu State Police Command has been commended for its relentless effort in crime prevention and proactive policing approach in the state.
The commendation was given by the newly posted State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps(NYSC), Stephen Dewan when he led his team of management staff on a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police, Suleiman Balarabe in his office on Tuesday.
According to the NYSC boss, he was at the Command to commend the commissioner of police and the entire Command on their continual partnership and security of Corps members in the state and appealed that same cooperation given to his predecessor by the Command should continue with his administration.
Responding, the Police boss, Balarabe welcomed the new NYSC boss and entourage and described the relationship between the two organizations as that of the two sides of the coin which cannot be separated and assured that the command will continue to partner NYSC for a safe and secured environment.
