The speaker of Enugu State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Edward Ubosi, at the resumption of plenary of the house today, 27th August read the letter from the Governor containing the list of Commissioner designates.
After reading the list which has eight names, the Speaker directed the clerk of the house to inform the nominees to submit 28 copies of their CV to the house on or before the close of work on Wednesday, 28th August.
The list which is made up of mainly, commissioners in the last tenure includes; The former Director, Enugu Capital Territory Development Agency, ECTDA, Chidi Aroh from Igbo Etiti LGA, Director General of the re-lection campaign of Gov. Ugwuanyi and former Commissioner for water Resources Charles Egumbe from Udi.
Others include, Former commissioner for Science and Technology, Greg Nnaji representing Enugu East LGA, Chijioke Edeoga, former Commissioner for LG from Isi-Uzo LGA, Emeka Mamah, former commissioner for Environment and a former SA to Gov. Sullivan Chime from Igboeze North, Solomon Onah from Udenu, former commissioner for Lands.
Peace Nnaji from Nkanu east, who was also former commissioner gender affairs made the list as well as former commissioner for transport from igboeze South, Vitus Okechi.
