The Governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu is about now, at Ogrube Layout, Umuahia, the Abia State capital for the official commissioning of Abia State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, ASOPADEC.
The gigantic structure according to the Chairman of the Commission, Chief Samuel Okezie Nwogu, has 77 office rooms, a boardroom and a conference room.
