The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the case filed against Pastor Fatoyinbo Biodun of the Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly, (COZA) by Busola Dakolo.
Delivering his Judgement, Justice Oathman A. Musa said that the matter amounts to abuse of Judicial process describing the case as empty and purely sentimental as he said the case was aimed at cruelty rather than getting justice.
Justice Musa also awarded a cost of N1,000,000 against Busola Dakolo.
The judge stated that the amount should have been ten times more than that due to the fact that court’s time was wasted.
It will be recalled that Busola Dakolo had filed a case against Pastor Biodun, accusing him of raping her in 2002, thereby causing her emotional trauma.
