Candidate of the Social Democratic Party in the Kogi state Governorship election, Natasha Akpoti has raised alarm over the maltreatment of her party’s agent in Kogi central.
Madam Akpoti decried that Bello Muhammad Sadiq who is the SDP’s party agent was beaten and chased away from a Polling unit in Kogi central.
She disclosed this in a tweet this afternoon.
She wrote; “SDP agents arrested & chased away from polling units in Kogi Central. Bello Muhammad Sadiq was last seen beaten up at Kuroko 2. His whereabout’s unknown. Nigeria Police Force.
“Nigeria Police attention to Obeiba. Gun shots as I’m about heading to polling unit to cast my vote. One injured.”
