The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the ruling of the appellate Court which upheld the election of the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu of the PDP.
In its ruling, the apex Court dismissed the appeal of Alex Otti of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA for lack of merit
