The National Coordinator of Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV), CSP, Ebere Amaraizu on Thursday, 9th January, 2020 received an Award of Excellence by the organisers of Uwani Entertainment and Excellence Awards; Grand Deal Concepts.
The ‘Award of Excellence’ which was supposed to be presented to CSP Amaraizu at the maiden edition of ‘Uwani Entertainment and Excellence Awards’ held on the 20th of December, 2019 at Ngwo Park was, however, presented to him in his office at the command’s headquarters.
Presenting the award, the Directors of Grand Deal Concepts, Chukwu Samuel (aka Mr Xplicit) and Ezika Arthur said ;”the award is in recognition of Amaraizu’s contributions in maintaining Peace in the state.
“The award is a way of appreciating excellence and our motive is to spur the recipients for more exploit,” they said.
CSP Amaraizu who is also the Enugu state police command Spokesperson was in far away Peoples Republic of China for a training on counter terrorism during the event. He thanked the organizers of the ‘Award Night’ for the initiative and deeming him fit to be one of the recipients of their award.
He went on to say that: “Gratitude is the most important thing irrespective of how it’s expressed and i appreciate the gesture deeply.”
With him to receive the award were; the lead consultant of POCACOV, Mr. Akin Emmanuel and the Editor-in-Chief of Journalist101, Umeh Clinton C.
