The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has announced that the country recorded three hundred and eighty six (386) new cases of the COVID-19, 5 cases higher than that of Thursday, 7th May.
The centre tweeted that 176 of the new cases are in Lagos, 65 in Kano, 31 in Katsina, 20 in the FCT, 17 in Borno, 15 in Bauchi, 14 in Nasarawa and 13 in Ogun.
Others are; 10in Plateau, 4 in Oyo, Sokoto and Rivers states, 3 in Kaduna, 2 in Edo, Ebonyi and Ondo states while Enugu, Imo Gombe and Osun States recorded one each.
The total number of cases in Nigeria now stands at 3912, 679 has been discharged
while 117 deaths has been recorded.
