Imo state, south east Nigeria records 26 new cases, the highest from the state in one day since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in Nigeria.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed two hundred and twenty nine (229) new cases of the COVID-19 in Nigeria.
The NCDC tweeted that the cases were reported as follows;
