In the wake of the second wave of the deadly coronavirus in Nigeria, Enugu State government in efforts to mitigate the spread of the virus in the State has cancelled the popular crossover night in the state.
The information was contained in a Public Service Announcement published by Louis Amoke, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Publicity.
“Due to the second wave of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), the conventional cross-over night activities on 31st December, will not hold this year,” the statement reads.
