In a bid to sustain its momentum and verve in the broadcast industry, one of the leading private radio stations in Enugu; Solid FM, organized an intensive one-day retreat for members of its staff.
The retreat held at the prestigious Hotel Sylvia in the state, featured several exciting programmes, and was used as an avenue to review their operations and performances in the previous year, thus giving room to restrategize for more improvement in the challenges that lies ahead.
This was in line with the understanding of the management of the radio station for the need and importance of capacity building in order to offer its clients the best listening experience.
At the retreat, the Solid FM staff were re-energized and encouraged to take their individual and corporate competitiveness to the next level.
Among the resource persons present at the retreat, were the Zonal Director (South East), National Broadcasting Commission, Susan Obi; Veteran broadcaster, teacher and industry activist and legend, Jika Attoh; and an entertainment cum broadcast law expert, Chibuzor Crownwell (Esq).
Solid FM in addition to its rich creative operational profile, offers very credible cognate experience to clients, and by this, have shown its readiness to do even more for them in 2021.
