The Governors of the five South East States are currently meeting in Enugu State Government House, Lion Building, Enugu state.
The meeting, which is expected to discuss the security situation in the region also has in attendance, the president General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Religious and traditional rulers.
The security situation in the zone in the past 4 months is becoming a source of concern as security personnel and their outfits have come under serious attack with several deaths recorded.
On Saturday, 24th April, the home of the Governor of Imo State, Senator, Hope Uzodinma was Torched by gunmen that has been terrorising the region.
