A trending video has shown President Muhammadu Buhari struggling to answer a question on Foreign Direct investment.
In the video which is an excerpt of a recorded interview the president had with AriseTV, the journalist, Tundun Abiola, granddaughter of the famous MKO asked the president what he can do to attract more direct investment to the country and make us to stope losing such opportunities to neighbouring countries.
In a rather shocking answer, the president didn’t attempt to answer any of the questions instead, in his response, the president jumped into #EndSars protest and how he selected his cabinet members.
“… This question was answered during the EndSars protest, you remember the young people who wanted to March here and remove me…”
“… And my answer to that, I got my Executive Council, as you could recall, according to the Constitution, there must be a member of Executive Council from each state,… I got them on a Wednesday and asked them them to go to their various state and talk to their Governors, speak to their traditional rulers, religious leaders and the business people…”
