True to our earlier report, Amesi, Aguata-born politician, Valentine Ozigbo has emerged the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Anambra State November 6th Guber Election.

Announcing the results, the head of the electoral committee and the deputy governor of Edo state, His Excellency, Philip Shaibu, disclosed that Ozigbo polled a total of 62 to win the primary.
He was trailed by Dr. Obiora Okonkwo of United Airlines got 50 votes, Senator Uche Ekwunife polled 44 votes coming third and Chris Azubogu garnered 10 votes.
