Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, the author of the popular “Half Of A Yellow Sun” and a prolific writer has distanced herself from a publication going viral on social media which was attributed to her.
Adichie said the piece titled “Reflections on the man Nnamdi Kanu” is a desperate effort by some unscrupulous element. to set her against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
Chimamanda Adichie, according to ElombahNews maintained that she knows nothing about the piece which is making rounds on the Internet.
She said the sole purpose of attributing the piece to her is none other than to pitch Nnamdi Kanu against her, a handiwork of mischief makers.
