Nigeria have lost one of her finest songwriter, rapper and singer, Olanrewaju Abdul-Ganiu Fasasi popularly known by his stage name; Sound Sultan.
Announcing his demise on behalf of the family, Dr. Kayode Fasasi said the singer died after a “long battle with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma.”
Sound Sultan died on July 11th, 2021 at the age of 45 and left behind a wife and three children.
Lymphoma is a cancer of the white blood cells which is the fighter cells of the body and forms a huge part of the immune system.
