Nollywood veteran actor, Chief Pete Edochie has described Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State as a visionary leader who is committed to the betterment of Ndi Enugu and Nigeria at large.
The actor added that Ugwuanyi is a true leader sent to serve mankind.
He made this remark during a visit of the Enugu Agricultural Empowerment team to seek his blessings and support for the success of the project.
The project is part of the agenda of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The team was led by Hon. David Ani (Odogwu Na Nkanu), the technical assistant to the governor and Comr. Edeh Mmasichukwu(Ada Nkanu), who appreciated Nollywood veteran actor, Pete Edochie for the fatherly support and warm reception.
He assured that the state government is committed to creating jobs through advanced and mechanized agriculture, adding that Enugu state is ready to feed the entire nation in the coming months.
The mission and vision of the project is to empower youths cutting across the country to be useful for themselves amidst the prevailing unemployment rate in Nigeria through agricultural practices.
