A top stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Enugu State, Barr. Ugo Agballa has pitched tent with the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Ugo Agballa who was in the CONTACT AND MOBILIZATION COMMITTEE for the former President Goodluck Jonathan reelection campaign in 2015 announced his formal defection to the APC on Monday, 26th July at the stakeholders meeting of the party at their office in Enugu.
The grassroot politician said his presence at the party’s Secretariat will put to rest, all the rumours surrounding his political future in the media and also informed the stakeholders that he has written his former party about his political decision.
He assured that at the right time, he will declare for the party where all his supporters and friends will join him into the party.
The highpoint of the process was the presentation of the party’s constitution and symbol (broom) to the two-time guber candidate in the state.
