Information reaching JOURNALIST101 suggests that Hon Chinolu Edeh, the Secretary of Enugu North local government area has resigned his appointment.
Though the reason for his resignation is still sketchy, a source told our correspondent that the Secretary said he needs time to concentrate on his legal profession as a lawyer.
“Hon. Edeh as you know is a lawyer and I can tell you authoritatively that he’s handling a big job that won’t give him the time to concentrate and do his job as the scribe of the council area,” the source said.
Efforts to get the Chairman of the council to react to the development returned negative.
Before his appointment as the Secretary of Enugu North local government, Hon. Edeh was the Secretary, Umunevo Ogui Nike Town union between 2002 to 2014, President, Umunevo Ogui Nike 2014 till date.
He has also served as the Councillor that represented Onuasata ward 04 and leader of the legislative council 2004-2006.
