In a clear and effusive demonstration of their love for, Trust in and loyalty to Governor Ugwuanyi, the “Who is Who” in the Enugu West Senatorial Zone have stormed their ongoing Zonal Rally at the Awgu Local Government Council Field, Awgu LGA, Enugu State, in a show-of-strength solidarity of sorts with His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi, the Governor of Enugu State.
Led by the highest political office-holder in the State from the Zone, Her Excellency, Hon. Lolo Mrs. Cecilia Ezeilo, Deputy-Governor, Enugu State, the entire Enugu West, while restating that Enugu State is indeed in the Hands of God, are drumming up support for the Programmes of Ugwuanyi Government and especially, towards his political succession plans for the 2023 General Elections.
Their sons and daughters including the astute Government House Chief of Staff Hon. Dr. Festus Uzo, former Members of the National Assembly such as Senator Dr. Hyde Onuaguluchi, Convener Senator (Prince) Ben Collins Ndu, Ozo Hon. Barrister KGB Oguakwa (whose gigantic mobile billboard at the venue of the event, refers to Ugwuanyi as the “Lion of Nigeria” while showcasing as well, the impressive leadership qualities of the Governor), Rt.Hon Chima Obieze, other honourable Members of the Enugu State House of Assembly from the Zone, Commissioners, MD ESWAMA Chief Mrs. Amaka Anajemba, the 5 Local Government Chairmen (Hon. Pedro Nwankwo, Awgu; Hon. Ezekiel Chukwu, Aninri, Hon. Marius Chukwudi Ani, Ezeagu; Hon. Paschal Ifeanyi Agu, Udi and Hon. Frank Udemezue, Oji River), Traditional Rulers, Captains of Industry, other Government appointees etc, are among the personalities from the Zone attending the Rally tagged “Ife Emelumma Enugu West Unity Rally”, which is still underway at Press time.
