Alhaji Muhammed Tukur, the former Deputy General Secretary of Airline Operators of Nigeria (AON), has condemned the wanton killing of Capt. Abdulkareem Bala Na’Allah, the son of Sen. Ibn Na’Allah in Kaduna State on Sunday.
Tukur also disagreed that the killers of the pilot were bandits, calling on the security agencies to fish out the murderers.
Tukur who was also a top management staff of the defunct Chanchangi Airlines in a statement to journalists described the death of the young pilot as a big blow to the aviation industry, stressing that if the perpetrators were not brought to book, they may cause more havoc in the country.
He decried that the deceased pilot possessed an exceptional skill and regretted that the industry had to lose such a promising professional at a time the industry was experiencing high dearth of skilled manpower.
Na’Allah was murdered in his home at Malali Government Reserved Area (GRA) in Kaduna Metropolis by purportedly by bandits who were said to have gained entry into his residence through the ceiling.
