The immediate past Attorney-General and Commissioner for justice in Delta State, Dr Mrakpor Adogbejire Peter, SAN, has been described as a fine product that has no hiding place.
Dr. Mrakpor got the commendation from Akpovoke Treasure Otiti who maintained that the learned silk is a true pan-Delta despite being from the Urhobo extract and has carried all as one with so much love and affection irrespective of ones social, religious, ethnic and tribal affiliation.
In his words:
“Dr Mrakpor isn’t just a proper Urhobo son, he is a detribalised son of Delta State, thus every tribe wants to claim him.
“While some politicians enjoy oppressing the weak and downtrodden in the society, he (Mrakpor) is very humane, disciplined, trusted, truthful, humble, descent and intelligent. His gentility is unmatched and like a true son of Delta State,he is accustomed to standing by the truth, humbling pride, dispensing honesty, and genuinely displaying hospitality.
His unassuming nature was obvious to even the blind when he was the justice czar of the state”
Otiti further express that “it is very difficult to see someone of his standing that’s so humble, cultured, easy going and down to earth”
“The above mentioned criteria and more forms the opinion of the many groups, tribes and cooperate organizations that are calling on Dr Mrakpor Adogbejire Peter, SAN to contest for the governorship seat of Delta state.
