Yet to be identified hoodlums on Friday, 1st October, 2021 invaded the premises of Ebonyi State University, South East Nigeria.
Sources at the University told JOURNALIST101 that the hoodlums invaded the Administrative Block of the university and destroyed the portraits of President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Dave Umahi during the invasion.
“I can confirm that on Friday during the sit-at-home order given by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, some persons invaded the premises, destroyed some of the window glasses.
“When they gained entrance into the building, they tied up the four security men on duty before gaining access to the office and destroying the portraits of President Buhari and Governor Umahi.”
The source said no much damage was done to the building and nobody was harmed.
