The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in the governorship election going today, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, is showing a strong outing in his Isuofia Community, in Aguata local government.
Our correspondent who has seen 10 result sheets out of the 17 polling units in the ward reports that the former Central Bank of NIGERIA (CBN) Governor is leading with over 830 votes with 10 other units being expected, including his own polling unit 2.
The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Valentine Ozigbo is trailing with less than 100 votes while YPP is coming distant 3rd with less than 80 votes. The candidate of the APC is missing in action as he hasn’t been able to garner up to 50 votes in the town.
