Former minster of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to ThePunch, Fani-Kayode is being held at the Lagos Zonal Office of the anti-graft agency under an investigation for alleged forgery and manipulation of documents.
It can be recalled that Fani-Kayode had decamped to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in September.
Fani-Kayode’s arrest has been confirmed by Wilson Uwujaren, the spokesman of the anti graft commission, saying: “I think something like that happened.”
FFK is being accused of forging certain medical documents which he has been using to stall his numerous court cases.
