…Presents cash gift of N50,000 to winners at Divine Love Nursery and Primary School, Trans Ekulu Enugu

Disturbed by the deteriorating reading culture amongst students, the president of Youths Initiative for Peace Justice and Reorientation (YIPJAR) Engr. Uzor Lawrence is sponsoring a quiz competition in various schools in Enugu State.

Engr. Uzor said the gesture is borne out of his burning desire to revive the “reading culture which is fading away in our schools and to also reward academic excellence.”

On Tuesday, the train stopped at Divine Love Nursery and Primary School, Trans Ekulu Enugu where the selected students where subjected to written exams to determine the winners that will go home with the cash rewards.

After the written test, Agadeze Nneamaka came 1st, Ikeora Emmanuella came 2nd while Chukwudelunzu Sealtiel came 3rd.
They will go home with the sum of N25,000, N15,000 and N10,000 respectively.

Presenting the awards on Thursday, Engr. Uzor revealed that his organisation; YIPJAR, will replicate this gesture in various primary and Secondary schools in the state. He also said that outstanding graduands from the various tertiary institutions will be rewarded handsomely.

He called on the youths to join hands with YIPJAR to build a better and greater nation.
