As his trial for terrosim and treasonable felony instituted against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria continues today, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu is already in the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
In the video obtained by JOURNALIST101, the IPOB leader was seen looking very excited as he exchanges pleasantries with his new defence team leader, Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN who’s making appearance for him for the first time.
The IPOB leader, who was hitherto facing a seven-count treasonable felony charge, will now enter his fresh plea to a 15-count amended charge marked FHC/ABJ/CR/383/2015 and signed by Director of Public Prosecution, M.B Abubakar.
Cheif Ozekhome is expected to defend Kanu against the fresh 15-count charge preferred against him by the Federal Government.
