IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu

State High Court sitting in Umuahia, the capital of Abia State has ruled in favour of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu on the issue of jurisdiction raised by the Federal Government.

The Federal Government challenged the jurisdiction of the court to hear the case even as the judge is set to deliver judgement on the fundamental human rights suit by Kanu.
