Chinaecherem Nnadi, a Student of St Paul Secondary School Eke in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State is filled with joy after Enugu young youth leader, Hon Ogbuefi Esther paid the fees for her Senior School Certificate Examination.

Ogbuefi who represented Enugu West in the Nigerian Youth Parliament 4th Session, said the gesture is in fulfillment to the promise she made two years ago and her passion towards helping the needy in her constituency and beyond.

According to her, “this is to reward the student for showing brilliance and answering a critical question i asked during the international day of the girl child in 2020.

“On that fateful day, I assured the young Chinaecherem who was in Senior Secondary School one then that I will take care of her WAEC fee for her brilliance and that’s what we did today.”

Hon Esther Ogbuefi who’s also the CEO of Estycharity Care Foundationin while addressing the student, advised them to be good ambassadors of the society, while also thanking the executive Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi and Rt. Hon. Barr. Chima Obieze for giving her the opportunity to serve.

In his remark, the principal of St Paul Secondary School, Rev Fr. Eze Franklin expressed delight for the kind gesture showed to his school and thanked Ogbuefi and her team for remembering his school while admonishing the students to take their education seriously so as to benefit and attract more of such opportunities to the School in the future.
