The Anambra State Police Command say they have arrested one Mr Ikenna Asiegbu suspected to be responsible for the death of 22-Year-Old Miss Chidimma Christopher on February 3rd, 2022.
The suspect allegedly beat the victim to death in his house at Urutolu Village, Mgbakwu in Awka North local government area of Anambra State on that fateful day around 11am.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead.
DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, PPRO Anambra State Police Command told JOURNALIST101 that “the suspect is now in custody and the matter has been transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department for discreet investigation, while assuring that “further development shall be communicated to the public.”
