Congratulatory messages have continued to pour in for popular actress, Bimbo Ademoye, after she emerged winner of the 2021 Future Awards Africa prize for acting.
Ademoye who is 30, edged out Teniola Aladese, Maryam Yahhaya, Nengi Adoki, Temi Ami- Williams, Emeka Nwagbaraocha and Abayomi Alvin.
The 16th edition of TFAA which was held on Sunday Night, February 20, 2022 in Lagos, had many celebrities and public figures in attendance.
Other winners at the award were popular singer Tems who won the prize for music and YouTuber Tayo Aina who won the award for content creation
TFAA is an annual award made to celebrate challengers and builders between the ages of 18 and 31 for their outstanding achievement for the year.
The organizers said the awards is to celebrate trailblazers who have defied the status quo and redefined the norm for their various fields within the past year.
This year’s event was hosted by dynamic actress and exceptional host, Nancy Isime, who is a past winner of the award.
