Hon. Nnamadi Odo the Udenu local government area Legislative leader has emerged the leader of all the council lawmakers in Enugu State following his emergence as the Leader of the Council of the 17 LGA Legislative Leaders.
Hon. Odo was appointed by the other 16 Local Government Area leaders on the 25th of March, 2022, during their meeting held in Enugu.
Speaking to JOURNALIST101, Odo said they “will be providing leadership to the 260 ward councilors in the State. It won’t be easy but we trust in God to Help us navigate and pilot the affairs of the grassroots, especially as we go into 2023.”
He also congratulated the various leaders for winning their elections in the last council elections.
Odo also thanked the Governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for creating an enabling environment for youths inclusion and participation in politics and governance in the state.
Speaking further, he thanked Hon. Solomon Izuchukwu Onah, the Enugu ALGON Chairman, for his support and guidance.
Also appointed to lead the legislators are;
1. Secretary: Hon. Eke Obumneme O. The Legislative Leader of Enugu East.
2. PRO/Provost: Hon. Mrs. Nwokolo Eucharia. Legislative leader of Oji River.
