A Federal High Court in Abuja has rejected the bail application filed by suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abba Kyari and his co-defendant who is an Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sunday J. Ubua.
Kyari, Ubua and five others are charged for being involved in unlawful drug dealings.
Presiding Judge, Justice Nwite instead granted an accelerated hearing of the case.
