Enugu 2023: Odengene Prepared To Be Governor Says Enugu Youth Leader

An Enugu State youth leader, Hon. Chukwuebuka Onah has declared that Evarest Nnaji popularly known as Odengene, is fully prepared for the job of being the Governor of Enugu State because he has the capacity to address necessary issues of the state.

Hon. Onah maintained that ndi Enugu can not wait for Odengene to continue and improve on the good works of His Excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

He made those remarks when a group; Friends of Odengene (FO), visited him in his Eha-amufu resident in Isi-Uzo.

Mr. Onah stated that it is time to continue with the legacy which Gov. Ugwuanyi has built. He emphasised that both Ndi Enugu and the PDP do not need persons that will jeopardize the existing peace and unity entrenched by the Governor.

“There are already a plot to threaten the legacy of Ugwuanyi but they know that they can never succeed. If we get the ticket, go home and sleep.”

Hon. Onah stated that God has given Odengene the wisdom, good health and it is time to utilise them and continue the numerous achievements of Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

“But it is a task that is surmountable with commitment and passion. By the special grace of God, with your support, we shall surmount the challenges. God has given us the capacity. We must use that capacity and take over the power.”

Onah thanked the group for their continuous support. He assured that with their help, Odengene will do his best possible in taking Enugu State to the next level under the platform of Peoples Democratic party (PDP).

“The good people Enugu State are in dire need of a leader that can show courage, a leader that take them to the promise land and that leader is no other person other than Capt. Evarest Nnaji (Odengene).”

He maintained that Enugu at this point needs a leader that is energetic and not people that are tired and lack the direction to move the State.”
