It’s a bad day for Chelsea FC as they have lost three straight FA Cup finals to Liverpool FC.
The game went to penalties after the 90 minutes regulation time ended goalless and the 30 minutes extra time ended goalless too.
Liverpool won 5-6 on penalties after César Azpilicueta and Mason Mount missed their penalty kicks and the save of Mane’s kick by Mandy wasn’t enough for the blues.
Chelsea have lost the last previous FA Cup finals to Arsenal in 2020 and Leicester in 2021.
The latest loss means that the North London side will be ending the season without a trophy and Liverpool’s dream of quadruple for this season still very much alive.
