Ezeagu Youths under the aegis of Ezeagu Youth Assembly (EYA), have endorsed Rt. Hon Barr. Chima Obieze, the flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Enugu State House of Assembly, Ezeagu Constituency for the 2023 general elections.
The youth organisation gave their nod to the return of the astute lawmaker to the House of Assembly when they paid him (Chima Obieze) a solidarity visit and to congratulate him over his emergence as the PDP standard bearer for the forthcoming Assembly election.
Speaking during the visit, Comr. Loveth Ndum, Coordinator of the assembly, thanked Hon. Obieze for his unprecedented support to Ezeagu youths and the quality representation he’s giving to his constituents.
The coordinator, on behalf of the delegation, reaffirmed the total support of Ezeagu youths to Chima Obieze and pledged to galvanize quality support in the 20 wards of Ezeagu local government, while assuring him that Ndi Ezeagu are happy with his quality representation.
Also speaking at during the visit, Comr Chidiebere Ezebuilo, the Public Relations Officer of the Assembly used the opportunity to point out the notable achievements of Hon Obieze which he said includes; aggressive youth empowerment programmes, award of scholarships and his rich mentorship programme.
Hon Obieze in his remark, expressed great joy, adding that he’s overwhelmed by the show of love, commitment and passion by Ezeagu Youths Assembly. He urged them to continue to be good ambassadors of the local government and pledge his continuous support to them in general.
He also assured them that he will continue to place their welfare and that of entire Constituency, promising that he will never take their support over the years for granted.
