The Enugu SME Centre has partnered with Obra Legal (a foremost law firm in Enugu) to bring another exciting edition of the Enugu Skill Acquisition Masterclass (ESAM) Plus.
The Special Adviser to Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on SMEs Development and Director General, Enugu SME Centre, Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah, said the theme of the class is ‘Exploring Opportunities and Building a Sustainable Career in Corporate Law.’
In a statement made available to JOURNALIST101, Hon. Chilo-Offiah added that “if you’re an aspiring law student, undergraduate, or already an already practising lawyer, then you don’t want to miss this program.
“At the masterclass, the experts will be showing you the ropes on how to set up a thriving new-generation law firm on your own.”
“Corporate Law is involved in all the financial and infrastructural transactions amongst others in Nigeria. For example, a company looking to raise equity, or debt, list on the stock exchange, engage in a merger, or set up a Trust among other corporate finance structures must engage a law firm. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the opportunities in this space.”
