2019 fate is about to befall the All Progressives Congress in Rivers again in 2023 as the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, the state capital, has nullified all the primaries conducted by the APC in the oil rich state.
The decision of the Court is sequel to the application by some Aggrieved Members of the party loyal to the Governorship Candidate of SDP, Senator Magnus Abe.
The had approached the Court challenging the Conduct of the Primary election in the state alleging that they were excluded from the delegate election conducted in the State.
