The senatorial ambition of Princess Ada Ogbu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, seems to be resonating with all strata of the society as female students in various Higher institutions have declared their support for the Enugu East candidate.
The female students under the aegis of coalition Umu Ada demonstrated this via a picnic held to draw attention, sensitize their fellow students/youths, and show public support for Princess Ada Ogbu whom they said, is the best candidate to represent Enugu East.
The group said their support for the quintessential Princess was after a thorough scrutiny in which they discovered that she towers above all. They also assured that they will support and promote her candidacy both online and offline.
Speaking during the occasion, the leader of the group, Lolo Henrietta Obiọma noted that High Princess Ada Ogbu Nara Unateze is not just a woman but a mother, well-experienced and educated and she is the most qualified to represent Enugu East Senatorial Zone.
She buttressed that Umu -Ada will mobilise all their members, their families and friends across the Senatorial Zone, to work and deliver Ada Ogbu.
In her reaction, Princess Ada Ogbu thanked Umu-Ada for their trust in her and assured them that she will deliver efficiently, taking cognizance of Quality Health Care, Quality Education, Infrastructural Development, Agriculture, Youth and Women Empowerment.
The youth group in one accord declared by saying “We must emancipate ourselves from mental slavery, the slavery of believing that ‘Party is Supreme’.
“It is no longer business as usual, it is time we resist partisan politics and vote for the best, Princess Ada Ogbu for Enugu East Senatorial Zone come 2023.
