The candidacy of Peter Obi has gotten a major boost, 4 days to the election as the African Democratic Congress, ADC, has endorsed the Labour Party’s presidential candidate and Vice presidential candidate, Datti Baba-Ahmed.
The ADC is the 3rd largest political party in Nigeria before the entrance of Peter Obi into the Labour Party.
The endorsement came on the heels of a grand Coalition for Obi/Datti presidency.
The star alliance partners are: Nigeria Mothers for Good Governance, Fulani United, Nigeria Artisans, League of Imams, Nigeria Traders, Yoruba United, Mega Political Coalition, Kanuris United, Almalgamated Coalitions, CEG Groups and Nigeria Legions United.
The national chairman of the party directed all their members across the country to work for the former Anambra State Governor in the February 25 poll.
Among those who attended the event include: ADC National Chairman, Chief Okey Nwosu, the BoT Chairman, Pat Utomi and other national leaders of the ADC.
