The Supreme Court on Wednesday adjourned a case instituted by the state governments against the Federal Government challenging the implementation of the naira redesign.
The apex court adjourned the case to March 3 for judgement.
The court failed to also make any pronouncement on the validity of the 500 and 1000 old notes.
The apex court also declined entertaining the contempt suit against the Attorney General of the Federation, Malami and Central Bank of Nigeria Governor. The court said when it get to that bridge, it will attend to the case.
